Still have not received coach after 2 MONTHS

-100 /10 rating

I have ordered the couch end of January 24, expecting ETA around March. Then I received advice that ETA of this coach is April. THEN, I received another advice that ETA will be END of April. THEN, I checked ETA AGAIN & Found that this coach has a new ETA of 31st MAY 24.

At this stage, it looks like the couch I paid for is definitely not arriving at all. Absolutely worst place to order furnitures. If management reads the reviews at all, I want the couch to be delivered NOW or else I want my money back.

Looking forward to hear back ASAP

Lovely, comfortable and top quality sofa

We bought the 2 seater Mayfair sofa for the study and it was a great choice. It is very good quality and looks and feels wonderful. It has a very natural leather look and is very soft to the touch. The cushions are very well padded and extremely soft to sit on. We took the chance of buying straight from the web, sight unseen, and are more than happy with our purchase.

Wish i could give 0 star, terrible experience. ETA was 5 weeks for a couch, turned into over 15 weeks. Finally got a call saying the couch arrived, paid the delivery. On the delivery day, i called them and got told the couch hasn't arrived yet and the system glitched. After all this i still lost 20% of the deposit after cancellation. This company is a scam and doesn't care at all about clients. Would never buy or recommend this store to anyone.

Solid and beautifully finished

Delighted with the table. Is genuinely solid and is beautifully finished. Assembly is simple as only need to secure legs to table, and adds to the robust feel. Came with anti-slip rubber knobs on the leg bottoms, which is a nice touch. Genuinely impressed 👍.
