      For those residing in locations substantial distances from our warehouse, don't worry! Our website will calculate the exact delivery fee during the checkout process, ensuring you know the cost before finalizing your order.

        Deliveries

        Here at Johnny's we aim to provide our customers with the best delivery service possible, teaming up with the best delivery companies in the state. Deliveries will be organised within 3 - 4 business days from time of purchase, as long as the item is in stock. A Johnny's Furniture team member will be in touch with you as soon as payment has cleared and item is ready to be delivered. 

        In the event that there is a delay on your delivery a team member will be in contact asap to work with you in getting the item you purchased in your home as quickly as we can.

        Click and Collect

        When ordering a product via Click and Collect a Johnny's Furniture team member will be in touch within 3 - 4 business days, as long as the item is in stock. Once payment has cleared we can organise pick up of your item at your closest Johnny's distribution centre. There must be at least 24 hours notice for the warehouse to have your order ready, customers who turn up to the warehouse without having a pick up booked in will be turned away.

       Some of our products xare currently in the pre-order phase. Rest assured, these items are always on their way to our inventory. Our commitment is to expedite the stocking process, ensuring you can embrace your new furniture pieces as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're dedicated to delivering quality and style as soon as possible.

    Still have not received coach after 2 MONTHS

    I have ordered the couch end of January 24, expecting ETA around March. Then I received advice that ETA of this coach is April. THEN, I received another advice that ETA will be END of April. THEN, I checked ETA AGAIN & Found that this coach has a new ETA of 31st MAY 24.

    At this stage, it looks like the couch I paid for is definitely not arriving at all. Absolutely worst place to order furnitures. If management reads the reviews at all, I want the couch to be delivered NOW or else I want my money back.

    Never arrived

    Wish i could give 0 star, terrible experience. ETA was 5 weeks for a couch, turned into over 15 weeks. Finally got a call saying the couch arrived, paid the delivery. On the delivery day, i called them and got told the couch hasn't arrived yet and the system glitched. After all this i still lost 20% of the deposit after cancellation. This company is a scam and doesn't care at all about clients. Would never buy or recommend this store to anyone.

    Love this lounge

    Perfect size for my villa, I now have a sofa bed for guests. Bit tricky to put together though. Looks great and the suede is soft and feels luxurious.
