We use local contractors for our deliveries. Delivery charge will vary based on the quantity purchased and distance from the store. In most situations delivery is $50-$80. Please feel free to call up and ask for a quote!
Yes we can freight items interstate. Each item will be different based on size. Interstate shipping is not cheap anywhere but we have good contacts that can make it affordable. If you see an item online please call the store and get a description of condition and quality as we do not refund freight charges.
Refunds and Exchange
Please make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and its condition as we do not do refunds if you change your mind. We can swap items over if its in the same condition of purchase in exchange for credit.
Are all your products on the website?
Unfortunately not. We are receiving stock so quickly often we do not have the chance to put it on the website. We strive to keep the website up to date as much as possible however stock sells faster then we can put it online. We are constantly trying to improve the website so we can show our stock online, but it is best to come in the store and view for yourself.
How long do new products take to order in?
Usually 1-2 weeks. If we have the item in our warehouse they are available straight away. Please ask our sales reps for more details.
What is the warranty on your items?
All our brand new items come with a 1-2 year warranty (sometimes more) depending on the items. Factory seconds and ex hotel items do not come under warranty and are purchased as is.
Will you buy my furniture?
We do not purchase residentially or domestically. We only purchase from hotels, furniture wholesalers, retailers and display homes. Please see below for further information.
If you are a hotel or an FF&E supplier needing existing hotel furniture removed please feel free to contact one of our stores and leave your details. We can supply complete hotel removal and offer a fixed return on your furniture. Alternatively you are welcome to send your contact details in the contact us section of the website. We do not purchase any items residentially. Currently we are working on hotels such as Jupiter's Casino Gold Coast, Oaks hotels and resorts, Shangri-La Sydney, Mantra on Russell, Vibe Sydney, Rydges Parramatta and are currently tendering some large projects that can not be disclosed.
We currently work with many retailers and wholesalers ranging from high quality furniture to budget furniture. Some retailers require us not to mention their names due to branding and privacy which we comply to. If you are in need of offloading 2nds, ex display, discontinued, clearance or damaged goods please contact one of our stores and leave your details. We are looking for suppliers to work with on an on going bases.
